- 300 cals
- 30g protein
- 25g carbs
- 11g fat (2g sat)
Ingredients:
- Salmon Steak
- 1/2c pinto beans
- 1 med zucchini
- 1tsp olive oil
- Spice Mix (any will do)
Directions:
1. Season Salmon steak with spice mix, salt and pepper
2. Grill or pan fry steak to your liking
3. Heat 1 tsp olive oil. Add beans, sliced zucchini and some spice mix. Allow to cook until beans and zucchini are soft.
4. Serve Salmon with the zucchini and bean mix as a side.
