A simple, very high protein chicken based stir fry.

Ingredients:
- 300g chicken breast
- 220g Singapore Noodles
- 2 med. onions
- 1 med carrot
- Green Beans
- Broccoli
- Mongolian Simmer Sauce
Directions:
1. Fry off chicken in a wok until almost cooked. Prepare noodles as per packet.
2. Add onion, carrot, beans and broccoli to the chicken in the stir fry, cook until vegetables are almost cooked.
3. Add noddles and Mongolian sauce to the wok, allow noodles to heat through.
4. Serve.
