Pre Workout Protein Bars

Make your own pre workout protein bars using this simple recipe. Very chewy bars.


Nutrition Information:
Per Bar
- 300 cals
- 25g protein
- 41g carbs
- 3g fat


Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup eggwhites
- 2 scoop ON Choc Whey
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp olive oil

Directions:
1. Mix eggwhites and Whey in a big bowl
2. Mix honey and olive oil in the bowl
3. Add the oats and mix it
4. Preheat oven 325 degrees
4. Spray cooking sheet with PAM
5. Add the mixture to the sheet
6. Put in oven for 12 mins
7. Cut into 4 pecies
