A light salad packed with chicken for protein. You can serve / eat this with the chicken hot or cold.


Nutrition Information:
- 284 cals
- 42g protein
- 10g carbs
- 8g fat


Ingredients:
- 150g chicken
- herb / garlic marinade
- 1 squash
- lettuce leaves
- red wine vinaigrette

Directions:
1. Grill 150g chicken, marinated in a garlic / herb marinade.
2. Mix together various lettuce leaves.
3. Slice chicken thinly, toss into salad.
4. Slice 1 squash thinly and add to top of salad.
5. Drizzle with Low Fat Red Wine Vinaigrette to finish.
