Ingredients:
- 150g Chicken Breast
- 10oz Sweet Potato Cubed
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 onion
- Green Beans
- 20 Almonds
- Oyster/Soy Sauce
- Garlic, Pepper, basil
Directions:
1. Microwave sweet potato until cooked.
2. Brown chicken with sliced onion.
3. Pan roast almonds with cubed sweet potato.
4. Add chicken, onion, carrot, beans and garlic. Allow chicken to cook through.
5. Add oyster, soy sauce, pepper and fresh basil.
6. Serve.
