Lean Buffalo Stir Fry

A very high protein and low in fat simple stir fry. Made with Buffalo, something different to try.


Nutrition Information:
- 92g protein
- 17g carbs
- 3g fat


Ingredients:
- 100g Snow Peas
- 100g Mung Bean Sprouts
- 240g Extra Lean Buffalo Medallion
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

Directions:
1. Dice buffalo, rub salt, pepper and garlic on it.
2. Pan fry buffalo to medium cooked.
3. Stir Fry snow peas and bean sprouts. When nearly cooked, add buffalo. Allow to cook for a minute then add soy sauce.
4. Serve.
