A very easy, healthy Chicken Pad Thai. Mix this meal up by using different noodles, adding a sauce or different vegetables.

Ingredients:
- 150g Chicken Breast
- 1 egg
- 6 diced almonds
- 1/2 cup beans
- 1 carrot
- 1 corn
- 220g Udon noodles
- Soy Sauce/Oyster Sauce
- Garlic Powder/Pepper

Directions:
1. Boil beans,carrot and corn in a pot.
2. Brown chicken + onion
3. Add veggies to chicken+onion
4. Add in soy/oyster sauce
5. Add in Noodles after running with hot water to start the cooking process
6. Beat egg and make little omelette which you dice and add at the end
7. Dice almonds. Sprinkle on top. Serve
