Great big stir fry using kangaroo, a great source of protein.


Nutrition Information:
- 568 cals
- 42g protein
- 81g carbs
- 12g fat


Ingredients:
- 2 Kangaroo Sausages diced
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 cup green beans
- 1/2 cup corn
- Red/Green capsicum
- 12 Almonds (Roasted)
- Salt reduced Soy Sauce (1tbsp)
- Oyster Sauce (1tsp)
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Basil

Directions:
1. Grill Kangaroo sausages.
2. Prepare rice as per packet directions.
3. Stir Fry vegetables until nearly cooked.
4. Add rice and kangaroo, allow everything to heat through.
5. Serve
