Healthy meal full of good fats, high protein and carbs


Nutrition Information:
- 440 cals
- 50g protein
- 50g carbs
- 24g fat


Ingredients:
-8 oz. Altantic salmon
-1 cup brown basmati rice
-veggies(spinach, cherry tomotoes, beets, cauliflower)

Directions:
1. Cook rice as per packet directions
2. Cook salmon to your liking (steam, pan fry, grill)
3. Boil or steam veggies
4. Plate up and serve
