- medium carrot
- 3 egg whites
- can of tuna
- few slices of beetroot
- fat free dressing
Directions:
1. Drain Tuna from can
2. Poach or fry egg whites
3. Mix salad, egg whites and tuna together
4. Top with a fat free dressing
