This is quite a big meal. Making use of Kangaroo which is very high in protein.

Ingredients:
- 4 kangaroo sausages, browned and diced
- 1 large onion
- 2 large tomato
- 125g WW Pasta
- 1 cup beans
- 2 tbsp Chili Sauce
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
1. Cook Kangarro sausages using your preferred method (fry, grill).
2. Cook pasta as per packaging. Remove a minute or so before its cooked.
3. Sweat off onion in a pan, add diced tomato.
4. As the tomato begins to reduce, add garlic, chili powder, chili sauce and 1 cup beans. Allow to combine until beans are cooked.
5. Add in cubed Kangaroo sausages. Allow Kangaroo to heat.
6. Add pasta, stir in.
7. Serve
