Grilled Chicken with Asparagus

A great high protein Chicken meal. Low carb for a nighttime meal.


Nutrition Information:
- 318 cals
- 50g protein
- 11g carbs
- 8g fat (1g sat)


Ingredients:
- chicken breast
- 8 asparagus spears
- 1/2cup egg whites
- 2tbl newmans own blackbean salsa
- 1/4cup kraft FF cheddar
- 1tsp olive oil

Directions:
1. Place chicken on grill, medium heat.
2. When chicken is nearly cooked, grill asparagus spears and fry egg whites.
3. Serve together, mixing in blackbean salsa and cheddar.
