Ingredients:
- 1 cup lite milk
- 2 tbs fat free vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup oatmeal (nuked in microwave first)
- 1 banana
- 2 tbs natural peanut butter
- 2 Scoops ON Whey, Chocolate
Directions:
1. Microwave oats until soft.
2. Mix ingredients, blend well.
