Another type of shake with oats, banana and raisins. Feel free to leave the raisins out if you dont like them.


Nutrition Information:
- 848 cals
- 68g protein
- 99g carbs
- 13g fat


Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup reduced fat milk
2 scoops ON's 100% whey protein
1 cup oats
1 banana
1/4 cup Raisins
4 ice cubes

Directions:
1. Put ingredients in a blender, blend well.
