Ingredients:
- 100g Albacore tuna
- 1 cup bulgur
- 1 cup cauliflower
- 1 cup zucchini
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup broccoilli
- 0.5 oz roasted macadamia
Directions:
1. Drain tuna
2. Cook bulgur rice as per packaging
3. Boil / Steam vegetables
4. Combine ingredients, serve.
